    Rob is the Director of Delivery. He and his team manage the solutions and logistics for all of our client projects . The delivery primes are equally skilled at running a meeting and building a project roadmap as we are building designs and requirements or working through the thorniest technology problems with our clients. We are the face of Lixar on the day-to-day life of a project. It's our job to know the what, the how and the when.

    Rob offers a wealth of IT experience but also a great mind concerning issues of technology, culture, music and travel.

  • Kyle Lebel

    Kyle is the Director of Development (aka Technology-go-to-guy) with over 10 years of industry experience working on enterprise scale projects spanning North America and Europe.

    Kyle and his team are responsible for technical analysis, design, development and integration of applications to satisfy client requirements and timelines. They work very closely with Delivery to understand & implement requirements, and coordinate with Support division for quality assurance and knowledge transfer. Kyle makes sure that your project is developed cleaner, smarter, and with your specifications in mind.

    Doug leads the Support Operations division and the Lixar East team with over 17 years experience in the Telecommunications and Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry. He understands the importance of quality and responsiveness because he's been there.

    In Support Operations, Doug's team is committed to providing excellent service well after the product has been delivered. They understand that your business is the priority. That is why around the clock 24/7 dedicated support is available to ensure you have what you need, when you need it.
